Standard published packages cover trailer delivery, customer loading, pickup and disposal. Other services are considered individually and must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Dump Trailer Rental
Trailer drop service for household cleanouts, rental turnovers, yard debris and approved renovation materials.
Hauling & Junk Removal
Debris hauling, loading assistance and junk-removal support may be available when staffing, access and material type allow.
Equipment Transport
Local transport support for approved equipment and property-service needs may be available based on weight, dimensions and route.
Property & Landscaping Support
Property cleanup, yard-project support and other practical services may be considered while Iron Sage is already on site.

Each package includes trailer delivery, scheduled pickup, standard disposal up to the stated weight allowance and the rental period shown below. Volume and weight limits both apply, whichever is reached first.

Commercial and Construction Service
Need a trailer for longer than a weekend?
Weekly and recurring pricing is available for contractors, property managers, commercial properties, construction projects and ongoing cleanup needs.

Additional time is $100 per calendar day, subject to availability and advance approval.
$100 for each additional 500 pounds, or portion thereof.
Locations outside Reno and Sparks may incur an additional delivery charge quoted before booking.
Approximate cubic-yard figures assume a 7-by-16 trailer with approximately 48-inch sides. Final usable volume and legal payload are governed by manufacturer specifications, GVWR and safe-loading requirements. Heavy materials and custom services require advance approval.

Some items are accepted normally, some require advance approval and an additional charge, and others cannot be placed in the trailer.

Common nonhazardous materials are generally accepted when properly loaded and kept within package limits.

Approval and Extra Charges
Tell Iron Sage about these items before delivery. Acceptance, pricing and loading instructions must be confirmed in writing.
- Refrigerators, freezers and refrigerant appliances $125 each when approved in advance.
- Washers, dryers and ordinary large appliances $50 each when approved in advance.
- Mattresses, box springs and bulky items Advance approval and additional charges may apply.
- Dirt, rock, cured concrete, brick, asphalt and shingles Separate heavy-material quote required.
- Completely dried latex paint Only when fully solidified, open, dry and disclosed.
Items We Cannot Accept
These materials must not be placed in an Iron Sage trailer. Additional payment does not make them acceptable.

- Fuel, oil and solvents
- Batteries
- Propane or pressurized cylinders
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos
- Medical or biological waste
- Needles and sharps
- Explosives, ammunition and fireworks
- Hot ashes or burning material
- Wet or uncured concrete
- Sealed containers holding liquid
- Tires
- Illegal or unidentified hazardous material
Unauthorized Items and Failed Pickup
Customers are responsible for identifying materials before loading. Iron Sage may refuse an unsafe or noncompliant load.
$150 when pickup cannot be completed because prohibited material, unsafe loading or access problems remain.
$150 minimum, plus actual disposal, transportation, third-party and landfill charges.
Customer is responsible for actual cleanup, remediation, disposal, repair and regulatory costs.
